Meaghan Langille is a consultant with Shared Value Solutions focusing on social research, communications, and environmental peer review. She has background experience in community engagement, climate action planning for large institutions, communications, policy research, facilitation, and environmental site assessments. In 2009 she was introduced to Engineers Without Borders in a bit of a happy accident that led her to hold many roles at the McMaster University chapter and with the policy and advocacy team. Currently Meaghan is the team co-lead for EWB's Policy & Advocacy Distributed Team and a proud Mac chapter alum. She also has experience in social research and data management for traditional knowledge (TK), oral history, land use and occupancy (LUO) studies, & environmental technical reviews with First Nation and Métis communities in Ontario, New Brunswick, and Manitoba. Meaghan is a strong advocate for organizational learning that better equips people and organizations with tackling society’s most pressing challenges. She holds a B.Sc. from McMaster University, a postgraduate certificate in Environmental Management and Assessment, and has been trained as a Climate Reality Leader by former U.S vice-president Al Gore.
