Overcoming Resource Constraints in the Public Sector

How are governments addressing the on-going challenge of trying to do more with less? What can we learn from our collective experience about where and when different approaches best apply? From increasing access to resources through internally generated funds and public-private partnerships, to decreasing inefficiency through improved coordination and continuous lean improvement, we will seek to understand what contributes to why different approaches might work or fail.
