I believe that collaborative intelligence is a key tool for accelerating community and organizational resilience. With more than 20 years of experience in community development, environmental policy, and strategic planning, I enjoy working with people from diverse groups—government, business, and nonprofits—to work together to address challenging issues. In particular, I am motivated by the aim to build the social infrastructure of sustainability—that is, the collective capacity to gain insights into complex challenges and discover new solutions that can be co-created and co-implemented.
