Belinda loves working on complex societal problems. This led her to joining Engineers Without Borders when she was a student at the University of British Columbia. From 2012 to 2014, she was a Long Term Fellow for the Water and Sanitation Team in Malawi with a focus on government management systems to improve operations and maintenance of water points. She is now a Project Engineer at Tetra Tech with the Solid Waste Management Practice. She continued her Engineers Without Borders involvement as a Vancouver Professional Chapter member and is part of the team for the Engineering & Society stream and Engineering Change Lab at the 2016 EWB Conference.
